Clutter recently launched a brand-new retailpartnership with Walmart - Clutter will have its own retail storespace inside a Walmart store location where we will sell our movingand storage services. We are looking to hire enthusiastic andhighly motivated Retail Sales Lead / Keyholder to represent,educate, and sell potential customers on Clutter! This is anexciting partnership opportunity for Clutter, with the potential toscale across the country. * What you get:* * Type - Full time orPart time * Store Hours - 8:00am - 8:00pm * Days - up to 5 days perweek, with at least 1 weekend day available * Location - WalmartStore in Hemet, CA * What you'll do:* * Effectively engagecustomers and explain Clutter's value proposition * Respond to allcustomer questions about the company, product and services * Recordcustomer interaction activity, take customer lead information, andhelp book appointments online using provided technology * Managedaily store opening and closing * Help maintain company inventoryand ensure that the store is neat and welcoming at all times * Whatwe're looking for:* * 3-5 years of work experience in a retailenvironment or as a Brand Ambassador - recent college grads orcurrent students welcome to apply! * Previous Keyholder / Manageron Duty experience required * Excellent verbal communication skillswith an approachable, outgoing personality * Strong sales acumenand ability to build rapport with customers quickly * Ability towork autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks at once *Passionate about technology and companies disrupting the statusquo
