Position: Office Administrator

Shift: Part time

Job Description:


  • Answering phone, redirecting calls, listening to voicemails, and returning calls

  • Providing order status updates to customers

  • Create box labels

  • Creating invoices, placing PO's with vendors, issuing estimates

  • Processing returns

  • Processing small domestic shipments

Qualifications:


  • Detail oriented customer service representative

  • Able to work in a fast pace environment

  • College degree is a plus

  • Administrative experience ideal
