Psychiatrist MENIFEE, CA • Behavioral Health Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic assessment, medication management, psycho-education, and follow-up. 2. Provide Health and Behavior services. 3. Provides Medication Assisted Treatment to patients. 4. Provide personal information to and participate in the credentialing process with managed care companies. 5. Participate in case conferences, departmental or agency meetings as required by supervisor. 6. Works well with others. 7. Functions at highest level according to credentials and competency. 8. Positively impacts patient experience by demonstrating values of Transforming Care including, but not limited to, courteous and helpful behavior and a commitment to accuracy. 9. Shares accountability for overall patient health outcomes, working in coordination with Care Teams. 10. Operates to instill confidence in our care and in our facilities to patients, fellow employees, and other stakeholders. 11.
