Managing Editor/Head of Strategy

Fox News Digital is looking for a Managing Editor, Head of Strategy to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editors, and other key stakeholders within Fox News Media to build business strategy, deliver growth in both major KPIs & revenue, and translate direction and goals into results that will make Fox News Digital even stronger and deliver a better product for our audience.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Work closely with the Editor-in-Chief on strategic initiatives and opportunities for growth of the Digital business * Architect digital strategy for Fox News Digital as well as other corners of Fox News* Collaborate with Managing Editors and the Editorial team on content strategy to deliver a better and improved product and perform in major KPIs* Find opportunities for systematic improvements to the larger Digital operation* Perform research, analyze data and develop key insights with action plans based on metrics and analysisWHAT YOU WILL NEED * Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or operations* Strong managerial experience overseeing a team* Knowledge of Digital business KPIs* Ability to think strategically and make innovative recommendations * Possess an effective and collaborative approach; the ability to work and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders within the business* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and have a sharp eye for detail* Excellent track record of achieving results related to business & revenue growth* Excellent presentation skillsNICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER * A Bachelor's or MBA degree or equivalent experience
