This role would support the Digital Media Team with day-to-day campaign operations that focus on government (elections, COVID, sustainability), education (from pre-K to college) and real estate clients. Looking for a proactive problem solver.*Job Description:*The Analyst is responsible for gathering and organizing the necessary data to provide campaign analysis and make recommendations to optimize results going forward.The Analyst’s responsibilities include leading the team’s campaign reporting efforts, monitoring campaign efficiency, providing analytical support for media plans and buys, and identifying ways to build our brand and acquire new clients. To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and love deriving insights from data. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend advertising budgets efficiently and help explain our effectiveness to clients using data visualizations. *Responsibilities:** Monitor campaign performance and budget pacing, making recommendations where necessary.* Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.* Create campaign summaries and regularly provide clients with detailed reporting on key metrics.* Generate analytical support for media buys and contract proposals.* Research and implement new marketing strategies and tools to increase team efficiency.* Work closely with team to upgrade and improve data flow across the company.*
