My husband and I are in law enforcement with changing schedules. Our ideal caregiver: I need someone who is going to be on time, reliable, energetic, and be a positive influence on my daughters development. Additional needs include having a reliable car and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant. My schedule may vary.
