They will sell thePaycom suite of HCM technology products and services to clients inan assigned region. RESPONSIBILITIES * Building and maintaininglong-lasting client relationships with prospects within assignedterritory * Cold call potential clients according to the assignedmetrics and respond to Inside Sales leads of companies with 50employees or more * Establish new accounts by forecasting sales,researching, setting appointments, and presenting with the intentto persuade stakeholders to the Paycom solution * Generating leadsthrough prospecting and building a consistent pipeline to meetsales goals for new business * Sustain a pipeline of suitableappointments and move prospects through the sale process quicklyand efficiently * Maintains knowledge of Paycom products andservices * Responsible for completing the Sales Representativetraining while maintaining and/or exceeding assigned metrics *Participates in weekly sales topics to continue to enhance productknowledge * Generate and develop new client accounts to increaserevenue * Assist with and attend first implementation meeting forall new clients * Anticipate and discuss client needs andfacilitate solutions * Performs other duties as assigned
