IMMEDIATE - QC Chemist - entry level

Aerotek has multiple immediate openings for Chemists in Rockland County, NY!

-Entry level (chemistry or biochemistry majors) - senior level chemist III

BS Chemistry or related field required along with prior hands on experience with HPLC or wet chemistry techniques from industry or academic setting.

• Performance of chemical testing on raw materials: include but not limited to: pH determination, viscosity, refractive index, specific gravity, etc
  


• Conduct wet chemical titrations to determine the percentage of activity on various solutions and raw materials


• Determine the active percentage of various components as required by specifications using of instruments (IR, UV, Auto-titrator, HPLC, GC etc.)
