Electrical Engineer

My client, an award-winning Integrated Construction, Design, and Technology Solutions' firm, consistently ranking among the U.S.'s top companies in a variety of sectors is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team. Candidates will be working on MEP projects, projects are primarily public work. PE is preferred. You can either sit in their Long Island or NYC office.

Responsibilities:
-Electrical system analysis and calculations
-Design of electrical power, control, and lighting systems from service to load
-Design of fire alarm systems and low voltage systems
-Service room layout, utility conduit coordination, grounding and lighting protection
-Prepare design narrative and feasibility reports
-Electrical & fire alarm field surveys, inspections, and punch lists
-Photometric calculations using electrical AGI 32 software
-Electrical analysis using SKM Power Tools software
-Generator sizing using Cummins Power Suite or comparable software
-Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCad)
