Administrative Assistant
Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate:$17.00-$21.00 (based on experience)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent work history in an administrative assistant role
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex department, maintain relevant information, and interpret policies and guidelines
- Strong multi-tasker, very dependable and resourceful
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- High school diploma is required
Job Duties
- Admin Duties, Assisting Shipping department with mail certs, data entry, orders
- Schedule appointments
- Order office supplies
- Possess a very keen attention to detail as we draft and produce numerous documents
- Hosts meetings and workshops that are attended by prominent people, public utilities directors, general managers, and attorneys.
- Order Entry
- Process Order Change (adds/cancels)
- Process Customer Complaints
- Take driver calls and issue Return Authorizations for pick up
- Reception Desk coverage (covers receptionist breaks/lunches)
- Send out reports daily
