Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00

Qualification:

• Experience with SAP preferred


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• High School Diploma


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties:

• Serves as a liaison between sales, customers, and other functions/departments.


• Maintains data integrity and consistency by assuring that all pricing conditions are correctly loaded into VIP


• Conducts daily pricing Audits in VIP comparing to pricing alert forms. Additionally, must perform random audits of VIP to ensure all data is accurate and up to date


• Maintain and track inventory


• Assistant with car, truck, and van rentals


• Prepare reports in Excel, Word, PPT


• Prepare, process invoices, and check request


• Create BOLs


• Prepare order and maintain office supplies


• Manage all mail and package shipping duties- incoming and outgoing
