Responsibilities for the RN Nurse Manager Post Anesthesia Care Unit PACU & Endoscopy: Responsible for all aspects of nursing care within PACU unit Observe post-anesthesia patients, ensure safe & compassionate care Provide departmental leadership and ensure all processes and procedures are met Facilitate effective and efficient transition between surgical procedures Develop, implement and maintain quality patient care processes Assess patient care needs, adjust if necessary Plan and implement health care standards Work continually to improve the quality of patient care
