Athletic Training Graduate Assistant Position
Job Description
Concordia University Irvine Sports Medicine Department is seeking highly motivated students interested in pursuing a Master's Degree (MA) in Coaching and Athletic Administration. The Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration program enhances leadership and administrative skills while building professional growth. Currently there are two graduate assistant positions available. These unique positions will allow the Graduate Assistants to provide individual sport coverage throughout a multisport experience, travel, perform current Athletic Training skills and concepts, and mentor CAATE accredited ATEP Athletic Training Students. Specific assignments will be determined based on the staffing demands for Women's Soccer, Women's Volleyball, Softball, Men's Volleyball, Men's and Women's Water Polo, Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving, Women's Basketball, Women's Lacrosse, and Competition Cheer.
Graduate Assistants are on a ten-month contract, with full tuition waiver and estimated compensation paid hourly not to exceed $9,000. Each position will continue until completion of graduate degree as long as previous years
