Responsibilities Alternate weekend schedule requiredResponsibilities: * Assisting in training and monitoring ofmedication care administration * Communication with residentsupport services and families * Maintaining clinical qualityassurance while leading and demonstrating the Mission for SunriseSenior Living, "to champion the quality of life for all seniors" inaccordance with federal, state and local standards and SunriseSenior Living policies to promote the highest degree of qualitycare and services to our residents Qualifications: * Graduate ofapproved college or school of nursing * Maintains a current statelicense as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) * Minimum of one(1) year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital orlong term care environment * Demonstrated knowledge of nursingpractices, techniques and methods applied to heath and wellnessresident care; federal and state and local regulations *Demonstrated knowledge of good assessment skills * Ability tohandle multiple priorities * Possess written and verbal skills foreffective communication and the ability to teach and guide teammembers to provide quality clinical care * Competent inorganizational, time management skills * Demonstrates goodjudgment, problem solving and decision making skills * Proficiencyin computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) withthe ability to learn new applications Sunrise maintains a safe anddrug-free work environment and all offers of employment withSunrise are conditioned on submitting to and successfullycompleting and passing a background check and drug test.Qualifications Sunrise Senior Living has championed quality of lifein senior care for more than 30 years.
