Construction / Demolition Laborer - Simi Valley

An established demolition company is seeking 3 Construction Laborers for a 1 month project (could extend to up to 3 months) for a temporary job in Simi Valley, CA.

Position available: Candidates will be helping do detailed demolition and clean up work as part of the building preparation. Candidates should be based out of the surrounding area, no per diem available.

Pay is $18/hr

• Laborer candidates require 1-2 years of heavy outdoor construction experience.


• Able to lift 50+ lbs


• Must be able to work outdoors


• Must have reliable transportation


• Must be able to work independently

Phase 1 us 4 weeks long, if in good standing you can be asked to continue to phase 2 and 3 extending the project another 2 months.

Pay is $18/hr
