Job Description:The Production Associate performs activities as directed on theproduction line. The Production Associate is responsible forfollowing all safety, GMP and SQF policies/procedures, as well asadherence to PPE/hygiene policies, in cooperation with thesupervisor. You will ... * Follow guidelines for proper assemblyand production of food kit boxes on the assembly line. *Respectfully support and follow direction from all managers andsupervisors about line performance. * Ensure all actions better thebusiness of HelloFresh and do not break any company policies. *Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to theQuality Assurance and/or Supervisor. * Maintains the work area andequipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribedsafety regulations. * Occasionally required to prepare ingredientsusing tools such as food scales, measuring spoons and cups, etc.,as needed You are... * Respectful of others and have a positiveattitude * Communications: expresses ideas and thoughts clearly andwith tact and diplomacy. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must beable to read, write and speak English. * Must be willing and ableto work entire schedule as we cannot accommodate partial shifts orearly/late arrivals. * Must be able to count and have basic mathskills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division andfractions). * Able to work in a cold prep area kept at 35 degrees.* Able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionallylift and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
