Nanny/housekeeper For Two Kids

We have a 4-month-old and a 3-year-old. The 3-year-old is mildly autistic and has about 3-6 hours of therapy daily at home. The 4-month-old just needs help in cleaning or soothing as she is breastfed by my wife who is at home too and mainly manages the 3-year-old. We need help in taking care of the 4-month-old when the 3-year-old is in therapy/preschool and taking care of the 3-year-old when both me and my wife don't have the time. Otherwise, home cleaning like mop/vacuum floor, change bed sheets, arrange toys would fill the rest of the time. If you are flexible in what you would be doing and are ok handling a hyperactive 3-year-old, then this is the job for you.
