Architectural Designer

Job Description:

- Effectively use Revit to work within design phase of their projects; work directly alongside principal architect to bring initial sketches through the entire design phase of their projects (schematic design, design development, etc..) and can develop and design a building that WORKS on their own.
- Use Revit to produce full sets of construction drawings if experienced in doing so.
- Work with others in the firm daily on projects to meet deadlines
- Coordinate and be knowledgeable of the other trades (MEP, etc.) to properly create layouts
- Communicate and coordinate with clients

Project Scope:

Mainly works on multi-family and mixed-use projects that are large scale such as: 100 - 700 unit residential buildings, hotels, large scale condo units, etc.
