The selected candidate will manage a team of three and contribute to PLI's continued success by providing support for the integration of new sales and marketing technology platforms. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against aggressive deadlines is required to be successful in this role.Your responsibilities as Manager, Marketing Data AnalysisData Extraction, Data Manipulation, and Data Blending• Independently extract and blend large datasets from different sources and systems (including flat files, databases, open data, and web data) and prioritize them into actionable insights.• Efficiently aggregate the information and/or structure code in a replicable format required for ongoing reports or dashboards• Assist with building and analyzing email segmentation using SQLData visualization & Story Telling• Produce operational dashboards, reports, and charts that effectively communicate the key messages in PowerBI, Excel, or other visualization platforms.• Host meetings to deliver clear and concise insights that drive change.Communication and Collaboration• Take ownership of projects from end to end. This process includes independently partnering with subject matter experts within the business to identify the analytical needs, and with IT to isolate the necessary tables and data.• Actively build and maintain relationships across the organization to reconcile disparate data that can be broadly utilized within the business and improve upon inefficient processes.• Exhibit a high level of intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and become the voice in the room to influence data driven decision making.• Manage and mentor a team of three.Independently keep updated with current technologies• Remain up to date with current technologies and analytics techniques. Become an early adaptor and an influencer for new technologies being evaluated within the organization.Other duties, as assigned.Qualified candidates will have:• A Bachelor's degree is required.
