This position plays a critical role in the support ofthe Client Experience team by supporting the Business Reviewprocess, leading process improvement, and supporting customerimplementation. Reporting to the Director, Client Experience, theSr Client Experience Specialist will also assist the Director invarious administrative activities associated. Responsibilities: *Serve as a major support function in the creation of clientbusiness reviews by pulling relevant data, creating standardbusiness review packet, and auditing SalesForce for pendinginformation. * Print and bind business review books for face toface physician business reviews. * Initiate and manage internalSalesForce tickets for process improvement. * Identifyopportunities for process improvement and automation. * Serve asrepresentative from Client Experience department and test finalchanges. * Support internal stakeholders throughout the clientlifecycle process. * Ensure all correspondence and documents have aprofessional appearance and are organized in accordance withcompany
