What you'll be doing: * Greet and engagecustomers * Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help themmake their design vision become a reality * Generate sales througha consultative approach * Build rapport with customers, earningtheir business through your ability to demonstrate exceptionalproduct knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and excellentlistening skills * Cross-sell and encourage beneficial productadd-ons * Work as a team to achieve sales goals * Explain financingand protection plans * Demonstrate our product value and explainbenefits that the customer can appreciate What we're looking for: *Team player, driven and motivated to succeed * Great listener witha positive attitude and an outgoing personality * 2+ years ofretail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train theright candidate) * Strong verbal and written communication skills *Aptitude to pick up computer programs to drive efficiency using ourtablets * Ability and willingness to work a flexible retailschedule, which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, isrequired What's in it for you?
