Operations Supervisor

In this role youwill focus on supervising day to day operations of our buses. Aswell as schedule the maintenance and fueling of the buses! Job Responsibilities: * Demonstrates andpromotes a safe work environment at all times * Insures drivershave the daily paperwork necessary to complete their routes.Insures completed charter paperwork is received by the LocationManager for processing. * Coordinates field trips by the assignmentof personnel and vehicles. * Under location managers direction,assists drivers with establishing route descriptions. * Insuresthat drivers follow through with scheduled fueling and mechanicalwork * Observes safety practices of personnel and takes correctiveaction when necessary. * Assists Location Manager during trainingsession and kick off meetings. * Attends disciplinary meetings withlocation manager * May interact with school officials on routinematters at smaller bus locations. * May drive bus on occasion ifnecessary. * Assists dispatcher when necessary. * May manage smalllocations under the overall direction of the Location Manager *Insures that routes meet state, local, and vendor
