Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida (LeeHealth) is seeking a Pediatric General Surgeon! Located near thebeaches of Southwest Florida is Golisano Children's Hospital ofSouthwest Florida - a state-of-the-art pediatric facility thatdelivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their familiesthroughout the region. This 134 bed regional hospital cares forchildren across five counties and is the only children's hospitalbetween Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides a variety of specializedservices to take care of all of our community's children fromemergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care,orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. The hospitalhas plans to expand to be a pediatric trauma center, and has a 16bed PICU and a 70bed NICU with 24 hour in house Neonatologycoverage. Position Information: Lee PhysicianGroup (LPG) - Pediatric Surgery is seeking a full time physicianboard eligible/board certified in pediatric surgery to join theirbusy 3 physicians and 3 advanced provider practice. The practicehas outpatient clinics in Fort Myers with two satellite clinics inNaples and Port Charlotte. This position will only operate and takeER call at Golisano Children's Hospital. Weekend call coverage willbe 1:4.
