Lee Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced RN tojoin their Neuro team. We have first shift and third shiftsavailable. Shift preference will be discussed at time of interview.Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient carethrough the nursing process of assessment// diagnosing// planning//implementation// and evaluation. Performs responsibilities in fiveareas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking//management// problem solving and differentiation of urgency in therole of: clinician// teacher// researcher// leadership andprofessional development. Responsible for directing andcoordinating nursing care for patients based on establishedclinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by AmericanNursing Association and in accordance with the Florida NursePractice Act and other regulatory standards. Collaborates withother professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficientpatient care delivery and the achievement of desired patientoutcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Usesknowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into theprovision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of qualitynursing care through excellence in customer service and performanceimprovement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes inpatient care.
