Registered Nurse - ELC

Overview Job Summary: Provides leadership whichfacilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for thecomfort and well being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process ofassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide,delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients andfamily. Implements medically prescribed interventions. RequiredEducation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Nurses with an AssociateDegree or Diploma in nursing must sign agreement to obtain BSNwithin 6 years of the hire date in to position. Nurses who arenearing the end of their professional career may be exempted fromthis requirement with CNO sytem Council approval Required License:Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse withthe North Carolina Board of Nursing or have a multi-state licensewhere applicable.
