Family Medicine Physician - Student Health & Sports Medicine

WellStar Medical Group�is seeking a full time board certified/board eligible Internal or Family Medicine physician.� Prefer training and/or experience in Sports Medicine.� We are looking to hire a physician who desires to become a part of the Student Health life and community, supporting the academic achievement and personal life goals, of the 36,000 plus enrolled students at Kennesaw State University.� This position will be for the Kennesaw and Marietta campus locations.

Responsibilities include:

Year round daily�schedule providing direct patient�care�with limited extended hour coverage.

Regularly participate in organized clinical or educational activities around campus in coordination with �the Student Health Services Medical Director and Campus Services Executive Team.

Candidate must be a board certified/board eligible Internal or Family Medicine physician with experience in student health preferred.

Prefer training and/or experience in Sports Medicine.

Proficiency in electronic medical records and the use of a patient portal is highly preferred.

Excellent clinical skills and an interest in the healthcare and development of the college aged population.
