LPG Developmental / Behavioral Pediatrician

We arecurrently seeking a Developmental/Behavioral Pediatricianresponsible for the delivery of age and specialty appropriatemedical care through the process of assessment; evaluation;diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse events;treatment; and follow-up. Performs responsibilities in four areasof practice - clinician; teacher; leadership; and professionaldevelopment. Collaborates with colleagues and other professionaldisciplines to ensure safe; effective// efficient and value addedpatient centered care; and the achievement of desired patientoutcomes. Continuously monitors quality patient care throughexcellence in customer service and performance improvement thatdemonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Provides leadershipin the LPG practice location and throughout Lee Health. Possessesexcellent communication skills with patient// family// caregivers//multidisciplinary team members// medical staff members// and allemployees. Keeps quality and safety in the forefront in thedelivery of patient care. Participates/supports the integratedcontinuum of care of patients within LH/LPG. We have access toleading edge equipment and technology connectivity with hospitalsand outpatient center through EPIC.
