Overview Job Summary: The RN is responsible forprovision of nursing care in the patient's home setting by usingassessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, andevaluation techniques in accordance with the NC BON andCarePartners policies and procedures. They will demonstratesensitivity to needs of culturally diverse populations by providingappropriate sound judgement in a professional manner in order tocoordinate and supervise patient care. Required Education:Diplomain Nursing, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree inNursing Required License:Must have and maintain current licensureas registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.Compact license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON;BCLS. Valid Driver's License.
