Warehouse Positions ***Entry Level $15.50-16.65/hr***

Aerotek has multiple openings with a large warehouse for a home improvement company in Cheyenne, Wyoming!

Shift & Pay:

Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30am-6pm, $16.65/hr

Days: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm, $15/hr
Nights: Monday-Thursday 6pm-4:30am, $15.50/hr

Raises:

• Will be eligible for a raise every 6 months (including contract time) until 18 months of working there


• After 18 months, employees will be eligible for a yearly raise

Job Description:

3 Main Areas:

1. 
   Shipping - strategically placing orders into trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or lifting items (Shipping approx. 70 trucks/day)


2. 
   Receiving - offloading incoming shipments, scanning items from shipments (receiving 70-100 trucks/day)


3. 
   Building(Mods) - working with conveyor items, placing items on belt, scanning items

Job Description:

• Working independently or in groups of 3-4


• Grasping and lifting by hand (floor to overhead) and carrying heavy and/or bulky merchandise;


• Lifting at least 70 pounds safely;


• Verifying count of product received and selected for shipment;


• Unload trailers, transport, select, stock, and load heavy/large merchandise onto trailers for shipment to the retail stores;


• Placing/removing by hand, selected merchandise onto/from racks and pallets as merchandise is processed;


• Loading and unloading trailers by hand, floor to ceiling;


• Observing incoming and outgoing merchandise for manufacturer's defects and damage;


• Handling merchandise without damaging during processing; and


• Maintaining assigned work area free of debris and spills


• Train on forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. after a certain amount of time

Looking For:

• Someone who is reliable and willing to learn new skills


• Someone who can stand on feet for 10-12-hour shift


• Lift 50lbs by themselves


• No warehouse experience needed


• Flexibility on departments


• Must be willing to submit to drug screen and background check
