Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare Field!

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pulling medical records for patients that come into the hospital or that call into the department
- Also work with insurance companies when they request information as well
- Utilize and EMR system and internal software to find the appropriate information
- May also be asked to answer the phone for general questions

Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong computer skills
- Healthcare experience preferred

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
