You do not need prior teaching experience. In our California regions, preschool positions require 12 Early Childhood Education credits or equivalent. If you are currently enrolled in child development classes, please consider submitting your information.

All Challenger teachers begin in our ongoing, paid teacher-training program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with our proven teaching methods and curriculum before receiving a classroom of your own.
