Driver Helper

$18.00/hr. paid weekly for Driver Helpers! UPS ishiring individuals to work as temporary Driver Helpers. This is aphysical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves continuallifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 -35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. It requires excellent customercontact skills and a lot of walking. As a Driver Helper you willnot drive the delivery vehicle but assist the driver in thedelivery of packages. Driver Helpers usually meet the UPS driver ata mutually agreed upon time and location each weekday. Workdays canvary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday), both part-time andfull-time, depending on the building needs. Hours vary but usuallybegin after 8:00 a.m. and end before 8:00 p.m. Driver Helpers mustcomply with UPS appearance guidelines.
