We are seeking an Endoscopy Tech for our ambulatory surgery center to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.  Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Under the direction of a GI/Endoscopy Nurse, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the care of patients undergoing GI/Endoscopy procedures.

What you will do in this role: 

• Maintain a sanitary environment for the provision of patient care


• Demonstrate knowledge of high disinfection and sterilization of endoscopy equipment


• Be proficient in the care, handling, and disinfection of all endoscopes and accessories


• Prepare the endoscopy unit adequately and ensure availability of necessary GI equipment and supplies


• Clean GI treatment rooms between procedures and prepare rooms for next case


• Assist the physician with interventions as indicated


• Assist in the maintenance, care and labeling of specimens. Identify specimen with surgeon and pass specimen to the circulating RN

As a state-licensed, Medicare-certified facility, Ridgeline Endoscopy Center performs elective, diagnostic endoscopies for ambulatory patients with gastrointestinal complaints. Our skilled physicians and caring staff are committed to providing the finest quality care. We perform about 600 cases per month and have 2 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. Qualifications

Qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred




• One year acute care experience; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center




• Valid BCLS Certification upon employment***online certification not acceptable
