Key Responsibilities:
* Places outgoing calls and takes incoming calls. Completes required applicable paperwork including sending all required collection letters.
* Documents all account activities.
* Makes recommendations to team leader on accounts for possible repossession.
* Participates in training with Team Leader, Supervisor, Training Websites, and others to ensure proper knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations.
