Job Description

Aerotek is hiring customer service representatives for our client located in San Diego. This role offers a fun, high energy team and room for growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Quickly build great relationships with customers and respond to in a compassionate manner by identifying needs

  • Exceed expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments email, chat and occasionally via phone

  • Assisting with 100+ tickets per day from customers, from either chat or email.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent typing skills

  • Must be tech-savvy and enjoy learning new technology

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Drive and motivation to succeed in performance based position

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree are preferred but not required

  • Willing to work 10-15 hours of overtime
