Knowledge and Skills list: Must be able to liftpackages up to 70 pounds, be able to use DIAD board and be accuratecounting and receiving money. Operation of cash register and creditcard machine. Ability to effectively use the UPS tracking system.Must have the ability to work alone at times and withoutsupervision. Customer service skills and problem solving skills ina fast pace environment are essential. Must be be able to meet UPSappearance guidelines. Customer service skills are required. DailyTask List: The day's responsibilities include helping customers useour computers to ship packages and retrieving packages forcustomers that have been placed in will-call or postcard room.Above employee is responsible for morning set up.
