*Description:** Engineering Lead/Mgr.*Projects the candidate will be working on: ** Digital have 'Journey Orchestration' program with $1.2M funding for 2020. This provides member steerage and notification to members through their care journeys.*Team and Team size:** Team: OHC Technology, 20 (Global).*Top Responsibilities:** ** Hands-on engineering lead, who will be responsible for development and maintenance of Java/JEE based enterprise application and integration layer* Expertise in software component design, solution and driving the work with engineering team* Interact with business and enterprise architecture team to contribute in product and technology roadmap, represent product engineering team* Lead complex JAD sessions with developers and engineers, building consensus, and creating action plans, estimations, define timeline and work assignments for the team* Lead scrum team to drive the software development, delivery and support working with global engineering team* Ability to guide and drive solutions, design patterns (like APIs, rules driven, Kafka streaming, analytics etc), engineering key matrics like code quality, automation (testing, CICD, DevOps) etc* Ability to work with Product Owners, Business Analyst and Quality Analyst team to understand new work and changes required in system* Excellent in writing Technical and Design specs, perform code reviews, troubleshooting, leading war rooms, interact with cross business & IT teams* Experience working in Agile based projects and iterative model, CA-Rally tool or similar agile tool*Software tools/skills:** Java, J2EE, Jenkins, SpringBoot, GitHub, IDE Tools (like Eclipse), REST APIs, Database (MySQL etc), Cloud technologies (OpenShift, Azure etc), MS-Word/Excel/PowerPoint*Skills/attributes:** 5+ years Java/JEE hands-on development* 3-5+ years of Technical/Application Lead, Development Manager Experience* 2-3+ years Integration technologies (like Web Services, Rules Engine SOA, ESB etc)* 2+ years of working on CICD/DevOps technologies like Jenkins, Mavin, Ant etc*Nice to have:** Experience in Healthcare domain* Rules Engine (like RedHat DM, IBM ODM), ESB (like MuleSoft, IBM IIB etc)* Knowledge of IAAS, PAAS and/or SAAS cloud technologies.*Interview Process:** a.
