Summary:
Travel Registered Nurse – ICU Float Pool –Northern CO Enterprise Float Pool – MedicalCenter of the Rockies, Loveland, CO, Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins, CO,Greeley Hospital, Greeley, CO, Longs Peak Hospital, Longmont, CO

Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance withapplicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, andmission of the organization.

Float to all critical care units- ICU and PCU at MCR, PVH, and GH

ICU Float Pool – North Region

·2 yearsof RN experience

·ACLS /BLS - required

·CO RNLicense –OR- multistate privileges

·Everyother weekend and any 3 Night shifts

·Bachelor'sdegree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred

Job Duties/Skills and Abilities

·Duties:Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessmentto optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, records, andcommunicates patient condition as appropriate.

·Collaboratesas needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patienttransfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

·Evaluateslearning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family educationappropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

·Effectivelydelegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May precept student nurses andnew hires.
