Phlebotomist - COVID Testing Site

Summary:
Collect COVID-19 tests at an outdoor testing site at the Medical Center of the Rockies. This person will be working outdoors for their entire shift.

Work Schedule:

• Full Time, 1.0 FTE (80 hrs/pp)


• Days and hour may vary


• Day shift


• Non-Exempt (hourly)

Responsibilities:

• Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.


• Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.


• Maintains supplies and equipment.


• Performs clerical tasks as necessary or assigned, including answering calls and entering data.


• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
