Job Description
The temporary part-time supervisor impacts theorganization by administering and communicating UPS policies,procedures and programs in several of the following areas:employment, employee communication, safety, reporting and recordkeeping, training etc. In addition, the candidate may lead basictraining programs and/or orientation seminars. The candidate mayalso assist in basic research requests made by their managementteam. The candidate must work collaboratively with other members ofUPS and maintain a working knowledge of other roles in thefunction. Candidate must have the ability to work Sunday throughSaturday (seven day work week) when necessary, and work varioustimeframes in a non-traditional work schedule. Part-time: Up to 51/2 hours per day, 5 days a week. Extended hours may be required asnecessary. Report to work on a regular and timely basis. Ability towork varying shifts and extended hours as business needs require.Required Skills: Must have the ability to travel, work weekends andnights, and multi-task.
