This management position involves directly supervisingseven to ten part-time Package Handlers. Part-Time Supervisorstrain, develop, and hold their workgroups responsible for safety,production and attendance. The Part-Time Operations Supervisorimpacts the organization by contributing to the continued growthand profitability of UPS by maintaining the highest standards foraccount productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization,communication, cooperation, and safety. The Part-Time OperationsSupervisor provides innovative and effective leadership andcultivates a functional working relationship with all levels ofpersonnel throughout the organization. Part-Time Supervisorsgenerally work a 5 day work week at 5 1/2 hours a day, with aguarantee of 27 1/2 hours a week.
