The Staff DevelopmentCoordinator (Registered Nurse/RN) is focused on assisting andsupporting the translation of the Genesis nursing philosophy intopractice by leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation ofeducation to enhance the knowledge and skills ofcaregivers/vitality specialists. This includes: * Providing nursingstaff with clinical and educational support and guidance *Coordinating all educational activities in the Center * Focusing onQuality Improvement * Identifying areas of educational need *Developing in-service programs, training staff, and coordinatingthe completion of these programs * Planning and implementingorientation and mentoring program for all nursing employees;including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) * Overseeing InfectionControl (including Employee Health) * Maintaining in-serviceeducational records * Coordinating the function for CNAcertification training classes (if applicable) Why Genesis?
