Weare looking for seasoned and ambitious Women’s and Children’s Float PoolRegistered Nurse (RN) to help us reach our goals.  We will provide you the tools and resourcesyou need to succeed in our organization and grow your nursing career. Unlockyour potential here!

Whatyou will do in this role:

• Youwill be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patientsin the Women’s and Children’s Service line, based on established clinicalnursing practice standards.


• Collaborateswith other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patientcare delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.


• Youwill serve in the Resource Nurse role when oriented and directed.


• Youwill demonstrate your nursing specialty advanced knowledge, skills andunderstanding of the unique aspects of the population served in the care ofyour patients. 


• Asa float pool nurse, you will utilize your specialized skills and unit specific competencies. 


• Youwill oversee and direct the care of CNA’s and assistive personnel, maintainingfinal accountability for the care given to assigned patients. 


• Youmay rotate to other areas other than your normally assigned service area/s, andwill perform only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.

Qualifications

Whatqualifications your will need:

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado asa Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.


• Associatesdegree/ graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.


• Current BLS and ACLS with American Heart Association orAmerican Red Cross for all Float Pool Registered Nurses required.


• Current NRP, Fetal Monitoring and STABLE required.


• Two (2) years' Labor and Delivery nursing experience minimum required.


• Five(5) years’ nursing experience minimum with specialty in Women’s and Children’s acutecare required.
