Reporting directly to thePresident, Colorado Health Neighborhoods and Managed Care Strategy,the Physician Director CHN of Quality, Care Coordination, RiskAdjustment and Analytics is a member of the Colorado HealthNeighborhoods Executive Team. Primarily responsible for themanagement and performance of the Colorado Health Neighborhoodsprovider network of 5,200 providers. The position is an essentialrole in the work of Colorado Health Neighborhoods. Important tothis role is understanding the leadership expectations of thisposition and the entire leadership team throughout Centura Health.The Physician Director CHN of Quality, Care Coordination, RiskAdjustment and Analytics must have a personal and professionalconnection to the Mission of our Christian organization. Thisposition must be a team player themselves and contribute toward aTeam centered approach that lends itself to ensuring "team beforeself" as we lead our complex, highly matrixed organization into thedifferentiated leading role as THE system of choice.
