Clinical Equipment Technician

Summary:
Inspects and distributes assigned basic medical equipment.

Work Schedule: PRN Flex

Responsibilities:
Responds to basic support requests. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.

Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.

Performs routine cleaning, and visual inspections on basic medical equipment.

Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures, continuously adheres to and improves lean processes.

Withinscope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and theability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in afast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
