The Expertise We're Looking For * *Superior customer relations skills and experience, sales experienceis a plus * * FINRA Series 7 (or ability to obtain within 90 days;thereafter pursue 66) * * High degree of motivation and able towork collaborative environment * * Understanding of a consultativerelationship process preferred, including customer calling andworking with warm leads * * Excellent listening and time managementskills * * The desire to learn and grow in our industry The Purposeof Your Role As part of Workplace Planning and Advice outbound callteam, you'll be engaging inactive and active 401(k) participants tointroduce them to our outstanding services, guiding them throughall their available options. You will engage our clients to buildeffective relationships through calling and engaging warm leads.Our top quality training resources will ensure you have all theanswers you need to provide customers with expert guidance - and toget the results you are striving for. The Skills You Bring * * Anunderstanding of a sales process, including customer calling andworking with warm leads * * Your excellent listening and timemanagement skills * * The desire to learn and grow in our industryThe Value You Deliver * * Introducing 401(k) participants tobusiness partners to have appropriate Investment Solutionsconversations * * Building rapport and opening up the conversationwith Fidelity clients through profiling and utilizing consultativeskills with client interactions * * Learn book management skillsand effectively managing leads through lead utilization. * * Set uptargeted appointments to address client needs related to productsand services.
