Job Summary This Part-time Package Data Supervisor isresponsible for assisting and reviewing UPS Small Package data andcorrectly and efficiently determining the best options forproficient service. He/she assists with data planning and isresponsible for ensuring that service, safety, and cost goals aremet. Core responsibilities in supervising data operations are tocoordinate data plans are executed efficiently and to ensureadequate staffing and equipment levels for transportation needs.The Part-time Data Supervisor oversees load planning andassignments & monitors loads. This position also reviews,analyzes, and tracks various data and service reports andschedules. Using this data, the Part-time Data Supervisor createsefficient dispatch plans, verifies service, addresses performanceissues, and incorporates modifications - such as new customers, newlocations and additional loads - into data plans. Employee will berequired to train and learn GTS and other UPS systems. OtherDuties: * Review driver hours to ensure regulatory compliance *Conduct necessary audits * Review safety reports * Provide feedbackand support to management BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Microsoft OfficeSkills * Strong organization and analytical skills * Punctual anddependable * Would prefer the candidate to be in school and workingtowards a degree.
