We have opportunities in allareas of peri-operative services, including pre-op/PACU and OR with openings innursing, surgical technologists, sterile processing and support positions. We specialize in orthopedic and sportsmedicine and provide outpatient surgical services to weekend warriors, collegiateand professional athletes alike. This isan exceptional opportunity for peri-operative professionals with a passion fororthopedics and teamwork in a day surgery environment.

Work Schedule: Full-time Days

Responsibilities:
Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessmentto optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, includingpatient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial supportneeds.

Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/familyeducation appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May precept studentnurses and new hires.

Within scope of job,requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to workwith minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and take appropriate action.
