Overview
The role of the Regional Manager (RM) is to work with the affiliated owner dentist in performing the functions detailed in the Business Services Agreement. The RM is responsible for the administration and operation results of the offices assigned. The focus of the RM is to grow the offices and to hold themselves and the region accountable to meeting and exceeding the goals as set by PDS management. As such the RM must understand the larger picture and have a vision of the future for his offices that translates to an overall growth strategy. The RM is to provide leadership and guidance to his group of offices, supporting the policies and goals of the company, and thus participating in the growth and future of PDS is will play a vital role in identifying and opening new, modern PDS-supported offices. The RM will lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in your region.
Responsibilities
Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in your region
Partner with region and office management to determine and set office specialty dates and times, determine patient counts and confirm Specialty Dental Assistant team assignments for the offices
Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same store sales growth
Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills
Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity
Qualifications
Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure
