TheCycle Counter responsibilities include: * Assis in establishingeffective operating procedure which insure proper receipts, properusage, and periodic review of actual on hand count * Initiate anyinventory discrepancy review as directed by supervision * Assistwith Inventory discrepancy resolution as initiated by manufacturingand warehouse * Perform cycle counts based on the direction ofsupervision * Perform stock location audits as directed bysupervision * Maintain primary stock keeping locations in Max *Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management *Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective ordamaged product * Maintain compliance with all company policies andprocedures * Identify inventory problem areas, develop a plan ofcorrective action and report plan to the inventory Supervisor. *Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilemaintaining a positive attitude. * Ability to work independentlyand to carry out assignments to completion within parameters ofinstructions given, prescribed routines, and standard acceptedpractices * Must have good basic math skills * Must be detailoriented and a self-starter. * Ability to multi-task. Forklift Operator will be responsible for:* Operates a forklift to move product and pallet * May restock bymoving product into bins while checking quality of the stock;tallies the bundle for system accuracy * Visually inspects theaisles and makes a list of what stock is low. * Operate a hand-heldscanner and perform all inventory control functions * Other dutiesas assigned. Banders will be responsible for: * Banding material,safely using equipment provided, to secure materials with metalbands for shipment. * Labeling banded carts ensuring accuracy ofunits, destination, handler, etc. * Cleaning up work area,sweeping, rebinding loose bundles, etc. to make sure everything isready for second shift. * Must be able to productively perform allessential functions, including physical
